The Board of Standards (BoS) has been formed by the Governing Council (GC) and Steering Committee (SC) of FFSC to guide the Qualifications development process by undertaking quality assurance and quality control roles. The Board ensures that appropriate experts have been consulted during the drafting and validation stages and the Qualifications meets proper industry standards and covers the valuable aspects of skill development training.
The Qualification development and approval is a crucial activity for FFSC. FFSC has streamlined the activity of development of Qualifications. The Qualifications are developed in house with the support of subject matter experts, industry bodies, and academia. The seven steps process is followed at FFSC for Qualification development and approval. BOS supervises these steps of standards development at FFSC.
