A Governing Council of the Members of the Society shall govern the affairs of the Society. The general supervision, management and control of the Society shall be vested in the Governing Council.
The classes of members of the Governing Council include – Elected Members, Nominated Members, Honorary Members, Other members and the Secretary of the Society. The Governing Council shall have at least 11 members and maximum not more than 50 members.
