FFSC does demand Aggregation from the Industry Partners to gauge the trend in the emerging job roles and which will be in demand for the foreseeable future.
Based on the demand data, a Skill Gap Analysis is done to shortlist the job roles for developing Training Content like Qualification Packs, Model Curriculum, Participant Handbooks etc. Training content is the base for creating the infrastructure for the training programs in these job roles for supply matching.
