The Grievance Cell is responsible for reviewing and addressing general concerns raised internally or externally. Individuals may submit grievances related to perceived unfair treatment or unresolved matters. The submission should clearly outline the concern with relevant facts.
All grievances will be assessed and addressed in a fair, confidential, and timely manner.
